The MISSION of the Central Loudoun Youth Football League (CLYFL) is to teach good sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership skills, and for their athletes to have fun while participating to the fullest extent of their abilities. Since 1969, CLYFL has offered football and cheer programs for local Loudoun County youth.
Marathon TS believes that it has a responsibility to support charities and local organizations whose good works provide a positive impact on society. Every year since 2009, Marathon TS has supported CLYFL as a title sponsor and funded a scholarship program for Loudoun County youth in financial need. Marathon TS’ Chief Operating Officer Alan Siek said that Marathon TS will always be a proud supporter of CLYFL because it is an organization that teaches life lessons and the important values of loyalty, hard work, good sportsmanship, sacrifice, and not putting oneself first. Both of his sons each played seven years of youth football in CLYFL with Siek as their coach and he believes the things they learned by playing competitive tackle football, like discipline, teamwork, and overcoming adversity will serve them well throughout their lives.
In 2026, CLYFL is projecting that more than 250 kids will register to play competitive tackle football with another 85 registering for the Cheer program. CLYFL is a 100% volunteer organization, and Marathon TS wishes them the very best for a successful 2026 campaign.
